Jayden Reed or Jalen McMillan?

12 team PPR League and personally I think this is a very tough call.    Jayden Reed at MN or Jalen McMillan vs. Car.     MN gives up the most fantasy points to wr this year and in the first game Reed went for 7-139 and a TD).   McMillan has really been coming on of late and I believe 5 TD's in the last 6 games.   Carolina gives up 2nd most fantasy points to RB's and my concern is they may try and pound Irving and White all day.   I also have Irving and White and am starting Irving as one RB (Jacobs and Spears as the other and Flex).

So, would you go?: 

Reed at MN

or 

McMillan vs Carolina
