I vote for liberals for many reasons. Competence isn’t one of them. I don’t think Karen Bass is competent so I would never vote for her. But I don’t think Donald Trump is competent either. 
 

You and many others here keep trying to make the connection between competence and liberalism, as if the ideology itself results in incompetent behavior. I don’t find this point to be compelling at all, particularly given the fact that we currently have a President who is not only incredibly incompetent, but who keeps appointing incompetent people to high positions (like Hegseth and Gabbard.) However I do not attribute this incompetence to Trump’s ideology.
