I like the scouting report.   

I know blocking/blitz pickup is a bit of an issue, but hes a decent size back. so I'm hopeful he can get coached up on that (though admittedly it may take a while)

with a smaller back that sort of thing is more of a concern as you need better technique to get the job done that way as a smaller back.
