I KNOW he is super upset about this. That being said I have seen people be charged with involuntary manslaughter for accidents like this. Beyond that unless a cart girl says she served him 20 shots of Patron and Elway was doing 360’s down a hill just after saying “watch this” into a phone don’t see them coming after him.
