Federal government is different than the state's courts. ;)

The federal government in the United States is designed to achieve several core purposes outlined in the Preamble to the Constitution: to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity. Essentially, it aims to create a stable, just, and prosperous nation, protect its citizens and its borders, and ensure a system of checks and balances between its different branches.

Immigration, or rather the King’s blocking of it, is written into the Declaration of Independence & Congressional control over it is one of the core functions you reference written into Section I of the Constitution.

Getting rid of illegals is the right thing to do and it's backed up by the constitution.

And as far as the Indians, if they hadn't been such savages, they would be flourishing today in this country.

Winning.

Right, except for them. But even so the courts even to this day enforce treaties in their favor & the US grants them sovereignty on their lands. Though admittedly they’re not getting Manhattan or Appalachia back.

Well I was just being snarky.  All I did was highlight the exception to the rule, which always exist, unless there is an exception to that rule.

  • Thanks 1

The US government is an entity going back to 1776. Full Faith & Credit is written into our DNA.

1789. In 1776 we were a group of break away colonies.

The Declaration of Independence - 1776 - specifically referenced the arbitrary rule of the King and failure to adhere to his own laws as a cause of separation. The AOC, first debated 1776 & enacted 1781, also instituted the rule of law which was carried over to the USC.

It was all a work in progress until 1789. Stop spouting your ignorance.

Eh you might be off a little. Garcia had already been in front of a court. He had permission to be here, at that point it’s different but only slightly so.

False. He did not. He had a valid deportation order.

We covered this previously but the judge handling his case denied the Trump1 administration’s request to remove him.

Eh I’m right on this. Second Continental Congress drafted the Articles of Confederation beginning first in 1776 & ratified it 1781. The DOI included arbitrary laws by the King as well as the King’s halting of immigration. The United Colonies were an entity under the 1st Continental Congress then United States beginning roughly 1776-77. The 1789 Constitution was a clarification & strengthening of the executive viz the AOC, however the executive was considerably limited to reassure those who favored more disparate powers. Hence an entire Article dedicated to FFC & the depositing of immigration entirely with Congress. It wasn’t some lawless land prior to 1789.

Which some people?  Everyone I've ever talked to agrees with mike.. I've never heard someone say deport all the illegals unless they are MAGA, literally no one.

I didn’t say MAGA, but the admin’s rhetoric was focused on the “rapists and murderers.”  Case in point:
