Ghost Adventure's Star - Wife Convicted of Murder for Hire

Recommended Posts

Quote

Victoria Goodwin was arrested in March on charges of solicitation to commit murder and conspiracy to commit murder after authorities said she communicated with a Florida inmate last year, and offered to pay him more than $11,500 in a plot to have her husband murdered.

Aaron always seemed like a pretty chill guy, I wonder what goes through people's minds when they try to hire someone to kill their spouse? I mean, I get divorce is $$, but this just seems....dumb.

Quote

At her sentencing, Victoria apologized to Aaron, saying she’ll “always hold love for (him)” and promised he would “never be in danger of (her) again.”

Sorry I tried to kill you, also I still love you. M'kay.

You never know what goes on in the private lives of people.

Who knew $11,500 was the going rate for such a deed? Or was that just a cheap low ball offer and that's why she got ratted on?

I just read she got a 36-90 months sentence?

For trying to MURDER someone?

As far as I'm concerned, trying to murder should be treated as the same as actual  murder.

Just like all the liberals on this site. This doesn't matter unless of course it them or their kids involved. Then it's serious.

Uhm...no.  It's the fact she's a woman.  If this was a man he would have gotten life.

Not attempted murder; just the conspiracy to do it.

Have you ever watched that show? You'd want to kill him to.

Seems like an odd payment for murdering someone.

So Gordon Liddy spent 52 months in federal prison for wiretapping.

But conspiracy to actually murder a person that you want dead and gone and are paying for,  can be as low 36 months?

I don't get it. :dunno:
