Someone else showed me this not long ago and the weird thing is it works on my Windows computer - same version of Excel - and didn't on theirs, or yours. Not sure what the difference is, and haven't been able to figure it out. I think best advice I can give right now is open the sound files in a different program, the ones you want to use, and hit play/stop/rewind in that program to use for your live draft.
