Crabs can't pass any of the other 6-7 teams unless they outscore them by 70+. I play SweetLeaf and he plays the Mongrel Dogs. If Crabs wins and I lose, he gets the 8th spot. Otherwise, I do. At any rate, there are only 12 teams. Two of the 6-7 teams play each other and the other 6-7 teams play lower-ranked teams, so we could well end up with 4 teams with winning records, 3 .500 teams, and 5 teams with losing records. Hm.
