Need 2 WR's - Who gets the start

Need two out of the following WR's

 

Tyrell Williams

Deandre Hopkins

Jarvis Landry

Sammy Watkins

Sterling Shepherd

 

Already have Brown starting just need a second WR and a Flex.

 

My gut says to go with Williams and Watkins, even though Watkins has not shown anything yet.

 

Just hard to trust Landry and Hopkins as they have burned me for the last 3 or 4 weeks.

PPR I would go with Landry over Shepherd.
