What QB/RB should I pick up for this awful bye week, WHIR

Awful bye week. Ive got

Rodgers, Forte, Julio, Alshon on Bye.

 

Starting is:

QB: NONE

RB: Mathews, TreMason

WR: Randle, Hilton,

TE: Gronk

Flex: Colston

D/St:Browns

K:Hauschka

 

For QB, who do I pick up and who do I drop?

Pick Up: Palmer @ Dal, Davis @ SF, RG3 @ Min, FitzPatrick vs Phi, Hoyer Vs TB

Drop: Matt Ryan, Carlos Hyde, or Browns D/St (I Would have to not start a Defense then)

 

For RB, I have Mathews and Mason starting with Hyde on the bench.

I can drop one of those 3 for another Rb:

Charles Sims @ Cle, Terrance West vs TB, Deangelo vs NO, Taliaferro @ Pit, or Stewart vs NO, Cadet @ Car

Keep Browns D, cut Ryan or Hyde.

 

Crap shoot at RB, will Sims be something? Back of the future there but how much work will he get? I like Taliaferro to find pay dirt again.

Keep the Browns against TB at home. They had a good game last week against Oak and i expect them to repeat this week. TB has given up the 3rd most points to D's this season.

Keep Ryan - he hasn't had the best season... but his remaining schedule after the bye is favorable and you never know if Rodgers will do something to that hammy. Once you tweak it...it is easy to pull.

Drop Hyde - he usually gets less than ten rush attempts a game (got 11 one time for a total of 14 yards) and two pass targets. Just not getting enough work.

 

QB - pick up Palmer... clear cut choice from that group.

RB - Taliaferro or Stewart... i would go Taliaferro against a bad Pitt run D.

Drop Hyde for Palmer. After that it is tough. If Mathews doesn't play, you are in trouble. I would still keep Browns D and field a full team. If anything, I would try to see if you could trade Ryan so someone with QB issues. If not, and Mathews isn't playing, drop Matt Ryan for Taliaferro.

Drop Hyde just don't think it's his time yet. I would pick up Palmer. Dallas pass D has been decent so far but that' isn't because they are really good.

Whatever you do don't drop a defense unless it is for another and that may not be a bad idea considering you have the Browns.
