thePRO 78 Posted December 21, 2016 Cooper for so many reasons. He's young. You know he has a solid QB. He's on a high scoring offense. That whole team is pretty young. Even though he's sucked lately, he's shown he can have big games. You just never know where Decker is going to end up. If he stays on the Jets he probably turns into a WR4. He could always be picked up by horrible teams like Cleveland, Buffalo, or somewhere else. If anything, just go with the guy who you can be certain about.
