Mike Evans - are you trusting him?

Recommended Posts

Evans has been getting the TDs but last couple games, light on yardage. Does he get back on track with BOTH this week....yards and TD(s)s!

I hope so. Not sure who he is matching up against, but my concern is always the inadequate qb throwing it to him.

I'd say he will be around 95 yards and a TD, possibly 2.

Green Bay gives up an average of 238 passing yards/game, and are susceptible to giving up the big play. Green Bay's given up 8 passing TDs in the last 4 games. Moreover, as Green Bay starts to pull away, TB will be compelled to throw a lot. Garbage time points count, too. :overhead:

I think he's limited by the quarterback play unfortunately. Almost touchdown dependent at this time. I'd feel better if Glennon was starting. McCown sucks.

For Ingram?? I'm moving Ingram to my bench this week after seeing a three headed rotation of rbs. Pierre Thomas had a lot if playing time. So did Khiry Robinson. If not for that last td, a lot if people would be annoyed by his poor numbers

That's true, but Evans has put up 948 receiving yards and 11 TDs in 13 games with the same set of bad QBs. I wouldn't over-think this one. When you consider that this guy has a catch radius equivalent to a garage door, he's going to put up numbers especially in the red zone.

Benching him for Ingram.

Really????? This surprises me. Ingram has been fading away. He scored a garbage td with 90 seconds against a pretty bad defense. He would have had 5 points. He catches no balls. Why the love?

Atlanta defense. He chewed them up and spit them out week 1, Thomas and Robinson were both healthy.

I'm starting lacy and hill over Ingram. I just don't like the time share going currently. Good matchup but I don't trust it

Long story, but I NEED Mike Evans to go off. So, I also NEED a lot out of my QB. Starting McCown. Started him last week too. Was better than Kaep or Rivers.

McClown is not a good QB so like me we may be disappointed. That is why I may make the change to Douglas if Julio is out. I know Matt Ryan is accurate and good so no worries about the guy thowing the ball, unlike Mcclown.

Likely TB is chasing many from GB early and he gets a lot of garbage yards and scores!!!!
