i think you proabably sold yourself short in most departments... might consider packaging alexander for a solid two or less better one and a wideout. qb... i'm not sold on either, rb solid one question two and two backups, scary bad receiveing core, i'd bet, if you compare it to the comp, i guess witten at te but see him as marginal 2nd or 3rd tier... and am left wondering what the other teams look like. second might be worst pick in all drafts but this squad is workable. i'd consider reworking.... just a silly outsider opinion

also dont know if thats yer depth chart, but id go with bulger over mcnair....

No... can get better then that. Hold out for better. Alexander should be worth...IMO...a K. Jones and C. Johnson type trade.

i'm really liking that trade for it's upside impact on your roster, but still wouldn't do it... no need for both booker and chambers unless you'll package it elsewhere. if you'd be able to move booker and jones ofr rudi or a different sub top flite guy yhan weild away... but jones and lewis backfield with lundy and rhodes is type shaky.
