Melvinbet 5 Posted October 15, 2006 I need to start 2 RB's and 3 WR's. Have some bye week players. Here's who's available and what rank the defense they are going up against is: Tiki Barber vs Giants (3rd rated rush def) Maurice Morris vs Rams (20th rated rush def) Thomas Jones vs Cardinals(22nd rated rush def) Warrick Dunn vs Giants (9th rated rush def) Plaxico Burress vs Falcons (12th rated pass def) Steve Smith vs Ravens (3rd rated pass def) Javon Walker vs Raiders (2nd rated pass def) - I assume this is due to teams not needing to pass Terry Glenn vs Texans (31st rated pass def) Laveranues Coles vs Dolphins(8th rated pass def) Wes Welker vs Jets (21st rated pass def) Marty Booker out - Welker is #2 WR for this game Another thought I had is that I don't think I want to play Tiki and Burress both in case the Giants tank. I'm not sure if I should worry about this or not. Thanks for the input!
Natural Lights 0 Posted October 15, 2006 I like Tiki, and Dunn here. WR are a little tougher. Definitely Smith, and Glenn, (SS is apparently upset about his drops last Sunday) Would watch Coles situation closely. If he is a go then I would go with him over Burress. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=244201
Edzis52 0 Posted October 15, 2006 Id go: Jones and Dunn Glenn, SSmith and Plax see mine pls http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=244210

Dan6 0 Posted October 15, 2006 Barber and Jones Burress Smith Glenn http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=244228
PHILLYRASTA 0 Posted October 15, 2006 I'D GO WITH BARBER AND JONES AT RB ----SMITH --GLENN AND WALKER AT WIDE OUT----I THINK TIKI WILL DO FINE AGAINST THE FALCONS NOT SOLD ON THE FALCON DEF JUST YET...THIS WILL BE A GOOD TEST FOR THEM IMO---GOOD LUCK THIS WEEK
bretthski 0 Posted October 15, 2006 I seem to be by myself here, but I'd play Morris. Tiki has been pretty quiet and I don't see it lighting up vs. Atlanta. Morris has a great matchup and this may be his only time to shine before SA comes back. And T Jones because I'm playing him too. Thanks for mine
yanivsme 0 Posted October 15, 2006 never bench ur studs, go tiki. Then jones vs cards on MON NIGHT as far as wr, smith, plaxico and coles if he plays http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=244232
dhartin 0 Posted October 15, 2006 Tiki & T Jones at RB Steve Smith & Terry Glenn & Jevon Walker at WR
madd futher mucker 36 Posted October 15, 2006 Tiki and T.Jones are the ticket at RB, while Smith, Plax, and Glenn are your best bets at WR. And never worry about playing two from the same team........play your best player match-ups each week - always - and let the chips fall where they may! Thanks for the compliment - I thought you detested my big ego......LOL I'd rather have your decisions than mine this week!
Puntarelli 0 Posted October 15, 2006 I need to start 2 RB's and 3 WR's. Have some bye week players. Here's who's available and what rank the defense they are going up against is: Tiki Barber vs [ATL] (3rd rated rush def) will get the yards with catches(ppr? ) but Jacobs gets the TD Maurice Morris vs Rams (20th rated rush def) had 2 weeks to prepare, may not get another shot Thomas Jones vs Cardinals(22nd rated rush def) Monster's O Midway will put on a show Warrick Dunn vs Giants (9th rated rush def) will get the yards, Vick, Norwood, Crumpler get the TD Plaxico Burress vs Falcons (12th rated pass def) 7" taller than Hall Steve Smith vs Ravens (3rd rated pass def) Smith gives CAR the win Javon Walker vs Raiders (2nd rated pass def) - I assume this is due to teams not needing to pass Terry Glenn vs Texans (31st rated pass def) plays opposite NFL's best decoy Laveranues Coles vs Dolphins(8th rated pass def) bad hammy + MIA D = bad day Wes Welker vs Jets (28th vs run) it's ronnie day to shine Another thought I had is that I don't think I want to play Tiki and Burress both in case the Giants tank. I'm not sure if I should worry about this or not. Thanks for the input! That's what i would do, but it's not my call, I will be checking to see how i did though
