bobpate17 0 Posted October 20, 2006 BOTH OF THE GUYS AGREE NOT TO DO THE TRADE SO IT MADE MY LIFE EASIER. NO MORE TRADE. I VITOED IT WITH THEIR APPROVAL. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP. BUT U CAN HELP ME BY LOOKING AT FOLLOWING LINK (MY OTHER QUESTION). AGAIN THANKS ALOT. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=246231 I am commis in my league and this trade was just accepted. Is it fair trade? 2 rb , 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 QB, 1K, 1 D. PPR, 1pt=10yards rush/rec, 6pts= 1 rush/rec TD. 1pt= 25 pass yards, 5 pts = 1pass TD. Thanks for your help. Team A gives Fitz (70 pts) and witten (32 pts) Team B gives Droughns (40 pts) and Mcmichal (50 pts) Droughns hasn't performed at all and he was dropped by one of the owner last week. He is giving up fitz for Droughns. Fitz will be back in few weeks and his value has gone up after he has new QB. Drew jones (jax rb) is doing better than Droughns I think. Since we are ppr league Bush is one of top 15 Rb. shockey is better TE than Mcmichal so he can live without mcmichal. I see team A getting little out of this. I look at things more based on statistics since stats matter more in fantasy football than name. team A has TO(73 pts) , Branch (41 pts) , fitz (70 pts) , galloway (67 pts) drew-jones (65 pts) , Bush (93 pts) , betts (62 pts) Shockey (56 pts) ,Witten (32 pts) team B has CJ (61 pts) , Walker (76pts) , Randy moss (51pts) , chambers (79 pts) Droughns (40 pts) , EDJ (86pts), Caddy (56 pts ) ,T jones (73 pts) Micmichal (50 pts) UPDATE ON THIS TRADE. I talked to the guy who is giving up fitz and he finally thinks that he should not be doing this trade since he has shockey who is doing well now and he can wait untill fitz comes back since droughs not doing anything and won't do much since he has taugh match up ahead of him. what should I do?? the trade was accepted but it is this guy's first time playing fantasy football. Sportslitter 0 Posted October 20, 2006 its not vetoable
Caustic 0 Posted October 20, 2006 I don't see any reason not to allow this trade if both owners are willing. It isn't an unrealistic trade (ie: LT for Droughns). Above Average WR and Below Average TE for Average RB and Average TE. IMO, you should not consider the rest of the team in the equation. If one owner screws their team up, it's their own fault. D~Loot 0 Posted October 20, 2006 Fitz looks to be out until week 10 Doughs bye week is over, but their schedule is not run friendly. Plus the TE switch validates a lot of this trade. I think it's fair if they are both willing.

ryscy1 0 Posted October 20, 2006 If the trades all ready accepted, let it go through. It's not an unreasonable trade and it was already voted on. The only way I see you could veto a trade like this is if there was some type of colussion amongst a majority of the teams, but that doesn't seem to be the case. himmystyles 30 Posted October 20, 2006 While i dont think its fair, you can't really deny it just because its lopsided.. as stated, if they both are willing to do it, i think u gotta let it go through. thanks for answering mine.
itsbigmoni 1 Posted October 20, 2006 It looks fair to me. Droughns numbers are low because he was out a few games with an injury. Fitz has yet to return and it can be 2-3 games until he does. Even when he does he won't play his normal amount of downs. Witten has been underperforming and even now i would take him straight up over McMichael. Droughns for Fitz is risky because leinhart has looked good so fitz could put up big numbers. But on the flip side, while fitz is out he's developing chemistry with boldin so he may favor boldin even when fitz is back. You should allow the trade no question. Thanks for answering mine. brust012 0 Posted October 20, 2006 i think this trade will be fair based on week 7 going forward. I would not make this trade but as the commish, you have to let it go through...
montana 89 Posted October 20, 2006 its not that bad - i'd let it go thru w/o any problem.
Beyond Chaos 75 Posted October 20, 2006 It's a bad trade, but I'd let it go through. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=246221
mnhonkerhunter 0 Posted October 20, 2006 I agree that it is a tad one-sided, but I'd let it go through. I have a policy that unless somebody is dumping players, I let trades go through and if somebody gets the better end of the deal, so be it, that's all part of th game.
