I'm desperate for a QB. I have Wallace, Garrard, Frye and Batch. (told you I was desperate) Manning owner offered Grossman for Rudi.

My other RBs: Gore, Addai, Jacobs

Leave link and I'll answer yours.

RB Rudi, Gore, Addai, Jacobs

I suppose this choice is based on where most points come from in your league. Some leagues water down RB contributions. You also have to look at if you start 2 or 3 RBs.

i would do it but think over your future scoring and remember the scoring

We start 1 QB and 2 RB. I wouldn't say points are watered down but QBs typically score more than RB.

Thanks.

I would do it. Basically, it is a give and take. You deplete your RB's this way but help your QB situation. But the way I look at it is that Grossman has an AWESOME schedule coming up whereas Rudi does not. You need to look at this like who is going to give you more points.

Once you do the trade, drop one or two of the QB's that you have and pick up another RB. Maybe a good backup like Turner (SD) or similar. As the season progresses, the better RB's are going to get rest as long as they have good records.

So I would do it.

arent there other QB's you can acquire.

Rudi is a very high price to pay for any QB whose name isnt Manning or McNabb.

I'd rather try to package one of your other RB's and maybe a receiver to get a more stable QB who is a little more proven.

remember, Grossman has something like only 12 starts in his career. He is little more than a rookie based on game experience.

Agreed, he aint your ordinary rookie type player, but he's still going to be inconsistant and not the stable, steady #1 player you are seeking.

You will be giving up too much for Grossman.. I am sure there must be other QBs out there on WW for you to pick up.. (how in the owrld did you end up with many back up QBs??) or other owners may be willing to do a trade that is better for you. Try to package one of your QB with another player for a better deal, e.g. Frye/Chambers for Brees.. Is Alex Smith avaialble in your league?

Thanks for mine..

You're just about the only other person that feels the same with me on this one lol. Grossman's only had one tough defensive game this season against the Vikings, and almost blew it. And except for that game every defene they've been up against this year is a joke. Just wait till he heads to the northeast next week I think the Bears fans are in for a suprise.

If you've got a shot at Brees I'd much rather have him than Grossman at this point. Good luck
