enoto 0 Posted November 4, 2006 Would you start DJax or Roy Williams this week? (TO is already in the line up) Djax would be good vs Oak on MNF, but what about the foot....I heard he is expected to play? Roy has the lesser match up vs ATL but could be higher scoring game AND he is healthy and WILL play. Will reply w/ links
nos23 1 Posted November 4, 2006 go with roy, game will probably be a shootout. please see mine
STEELERMAN 0 Posted November 4, 2006 I would go with R. Williams v. ATL. That game has shootout written all over it!!! OAK has been tough against the pass so far! Please see mine!
Low Score 0 Posted November 4, 2006 Roy. Have you seen the ATL pass defense? Neither has ATL. Thank you, you've been great. Drive safely, everyone. Seriously, nobody needs to throw against OAK.

Will reply w/ links I'm playing DJax on Monday Nite and he did practice Friday on the sore foot and should be fine but I don't have Roy. Start Roy and don't look back. DET is coming off the bye and getting their starting RG and RT back. ATL could be due for a let down game after that big CIN win. P.S. I'm starting Kevin Jones with confidence. himmystyles 30 Posted November 4, 2006 I would go with Roy Boy here. Djax is banged up like u said, so his looks might be limited.... Roy could put up some big points this week bc they will prob be playing from behind. Thanks.
slestack11 0 Posted November 4, 2006 I'd go with Roy Williams as he should be started every week regardless of matchup. D-Jax is good, but he's still got Seneca Wallace under center right now. Even when Hasselbeck is back, Deon Branch will be getting more looks. Roy Williams is an elite receiver. Please see mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=250716
michael_melhus 0 Posted November 4, 2006 I like R Williams...far less question marks than DJax with his foot, no SA, senaca wallace..etc. Lions game should be a shootout.
Beyond Chaos 75 Posted November 4, 2006 Definitely Roy over DJax because of all the reasons mentioned above. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=250714

Cjt727 0 Posted November 5, 2006 haha instead of just putting down a name with a bunch of !!!!!!!!!s after it I'll try n help you make your decision a bit. ESPN.com says "Jackson (foot) was able to practice Friday and will play Monday night against the Raiders, according to ESPN's John Clayton." And while i really like Darrel Jackson, Roy Williams might be the better start this week. Wallace will target Jackson pretty often (Only 10 last week though), it's really more of a question if the rookie quaterback can make those passes catchable though. Jackson only cought 3 passes last game, and if it weren't for that bomb he cought at the end his fantasy numbers wouldnt have been too pretty. Plus Williams has been having a pretty good season too I'd expect a touchdown or so from him. Good luck http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=250597
