redshirtrookie 0 Posted September 8, 2007 mason if clayton is still hurt. otherwise start kennison. i woldnt be lookin at jacoby jones until later in the year, when their playoff chances are so far gone the rookies will get ot play the twinkie bowls. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=285353
ffrookie312 0 Posted September 8, 2007 i say jones against KCs secondary since AJ is going to get doubled quiet a bit and you get the PR and KR element with jones

Jeremy 0 Posted September 8, 2007 Jacoby Jones is a rookie playing his very first real game. Can't see him being a huge impact this early, but it's possible. I'd probably go with Kennison, and Mason doesn't seem to have much left in the tank.
tazman01 0 Posted September 9, 2007 Voted for Jones but very unsure of his first real game - very tough choices, Kennison has Johnson stealing tds and gonzalez, Mason seems to be running out of gas - I'd see if Crayton was available and play him over those choices. Thurman51 0 Posted September 9, 2007 Definitely Kennison. Mason is definitely past his prime. Not a very good season last year and I think there are two major factors that will affect him in this game 1. Most of the passes will target Heap in the short game. Ravens want to control the clock and keep the Bengals offense off the field. 2. The Bengals are home in a Monday night opener. That place gets crazy and the defense usually responds to that situation...just look at last years game in Cincy. The Ravens were lucky to score at all. If you don't start Kennison against HOUSTON then why is he even taking a spot on your roster...got me?
j0ker 3 Posted September 9, 2007 Agreed with Thurman 51,,,you have to start Kennison against Houston http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=285446
skittles 0 Posted September 9, 2007 Jacoby Jones is at least upside. As a chiefs homer, they're never prepared for week 1, on offense, defense, OR special teams. Jones might burn you, but gives you a better chance at some real points. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=285456
