Betts/Morris/Randle El

Recommended Posts

I thought Morris was the obvious choice given his increased presence, and given that the pats should be up big/early

but now I'm thinking either Betts or Randle El could make a good flex start given giants weak D

keep in mind I already have Jason Campbell AND Chris Cooley, so I'm already redskins heavy...it's a PPR league too

I think Morris' role is going to shrink, I think the Pats are working Maroney up to make sure his shoulder can handle a full load. I see the Skins running the ball early and often, based off the way it's been split so far there's no reason to think that Betts isn't going to get his due. I'd go with Betts even though I hate starting three guys from the same team.

Check my post if you can.

You really think that if they go up big this w/e they keep Maroney in and risk hurting his shoulder?

I like Morris around the goal line, but I would like Randel el -- just for this one week because of your heavy WASH presence.

Too many weapons there to go with Morris.

Betts could make a pretty good start as they've been rotating the ball carriers and he's bound to get in the end zone on a goal line possession against the NYG.

Randle El has been getting more looks, but I think Betts has a better chance to get you fantasy points this weekend.

This is a tough call and could go either way. To me this is between Randle El and Morris. I see NE up big and saving Maroney and his shoulder from undue wear and tear, thus Morris getting a lot of 4th quarter carries along with the goal line carries. Go with Morris...I have Maroney and Morris is killing me.

i have to think that this really is between randle el and morris -- i think CPO will see plenty of goal line opportunities, and while betts will get a few backfield receptions, i think there are TOO MANY receiving threats in washington for him to get a lot of love.

having said that, does anyone think that there are too many options in NE for Morris to be viable this week? It's very tempting to start randle el and double up on every TD campbell throws, but s.moss is still the primary threat...

I think Randle El has the best chance for points since you get PPR. A lot of balls have been going his way so far so I think he is your best option.

Here is mine, thanks. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=289254

very valid point...i'm starting to lean that way, but isn't THREE players from the skins a little much? there is a chance (albeit slight) that they could just suck...3 players is a lot of risk -- i'd feel a lot better if the three players were palmer, housh, and ocho-cinco

pretty much ruled out Betts, still wavering on Randle El vs. Morris -- would love more opinions on this...leave link, will answer yours.

I'm very much leaning toward Morris -- I feel that w/possible goal line steals, and likely garbage time yards due to matchup, he could be in for a big day; problem is, no matter which way you slice it, he's a backup not a starter vs Randle El who is. Also b/c i'm in a PPR league and Randle El is playing against giants secondary

I like Morris and he's almost guaranteed to score this week.

i do too -- aargh!!!

i know i'm gonna start him and randle el's gonna light the giants up for 7 catches, 105 yds and a touch...
