Who to start at WR (pick 2) and do I bench LJ for Cedric?

I need a win this week. Here are my options:

 

Galloway vs CAR (weak secondary)

Cotchery vs BUF (secondary sucks but so does Pennington)

McDonald vs CHI (I expect CHI to make a statement this week)

Marshall vs IND (game could be a shoot out)

V. Jackson vs KC (KC pass def is pretty solid and I expect SD to run LT into the ground)

 

I am leaning towards Galloway and Marshall.

 

Also, should I bench LJ and start Cedric Benson against DET? DET can be run on but I can just see LJ going off the week I bench his A$$.

I am not a Ced Benson fan, but that would be a better matchup that LJ v SD.

I would go with either Marshall against INDY (SHOOTOUT) or Galloway vs Carolina weak DB's

I don't think there are any clear answers here... One thing I want to say is that with Griese at the helm in CHI and the D being banged up S.McDonald might make a game of it... I would rank them this way...

Cotchery and V.Jackson could both have great or dismal games, with the expectations being on the dismal side...

 

WOW, two hard choices in one week... I would normally say Cedric based off of LJ's past performances yet some "experts" say this is his break out week... flip a coin!!!

I am a Bear fan. Not sold on Ced Ben yet, but I did see the Chargers/Bears game. Their run D is solid and they got to be angry and ready to explode on D. I think CedBen will get 100+ and a TD this week with the rejuvenated Griese at QB v a mediocre Detroit Defense. LJ might get the reps, but prob not the ydg or TDs. I say Ced Ben. Who is your other RB?

McGahee is my other starter and I plan to ride him every week. At least he produces - LJ is killing me this year.

Galloway & Marshall...J Walker had swelling in his knee after practice per CBS Sportsline, so Marshall should be in for another big game.

 

LJ will either have a good game or have apost-game explosion. Gott go with him this week, though.

as horrible as LJ has been, i just cannot see benching him. i have both myself along with foster and i am sticking with ced and LJ. it killed me not to play foster last week but.....

I agree with Galloway and Marshall. Galloway has been consistent along with Carolina giving up 100 yard games and T.D.s to WR's. I like Marshall and am starting him myself in place of A. Johnson. I have been watching Marshall's numbers and he has steadily improved week over week. I would rank Cotchery and Jackson next in a virtual tie. Lastly I don't like McDonald simply for the way the ball has been spread around. Even with possible Calvin Johnson out that still means possibly Roy or Furrey.

LJ is a tough one. He started slow last year also and then still put up huge numbers. Is this the week he breaks out? I'm not huge on Benson at all. I still think CHI let the wrong RB go. However, against SD DEF I think I'd start Benson.

I would go Galloway and Marshall also but don't expect LJ to break out on the road vs SD. I don't see that happening at all. I think Benson could get you two short tds even if his yards are low. Go Benson. Good luck. Please see mine. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=291195

I Would play Bensen and sit LJ. The Chielfs line is horrible and the Lions "D" is soft vs. the run.

I would also start the WR's Galloway and Cotchery

Marshall had a big week last week but may not this week with J. Walker opposite him - kinda a wayne/harrison choice as to who gets the ball this week.
