THis guy is in my division but is really thin at wr due to injury and he has Palmer and Kitna at qb and at 1-4 I need to make some changes bad so I was thinking about offering the above trade, sure it looks like I'm giving alot but with Edge I still have a nice #2 and I convinced Bowe will be as good as Holt down the road plus I have the other guys too, see my team in my sig. So what do you guys think about this trade offer? I was thinking of offering Bowe but I know he really wants Holt.

I think you are giving up a lot. Losing Holt in this trade seriously hurts your WR core and I don't think that Edge is that much of an upgrade at RB over Portis (especially since you handcuffed him with Betts). Palmer definitely helps though. Maybe if you get a WR back in the trade as well, that might even things out.

Exactly what I was thinking . . . add a tier 2 or WR with potential, and I think the deal works.

i agree that edge is not that much of an upgrade. basically comes down to mcnabb and holt for palmer. frerrotte seems to be olkay and i feel like losing holt

I would do the deal to get Palmer alone! Everyone that you are trading as issues....Good Trade!

I realize that at 1-4 you need to make some changes but I would stay where you are right now and play Warner. He will not put up Plamer numbers, but may be close, see how he does this week. I think you are gving up too much, Holt will have a down year but still be respectable and Portis and edge is a wash. try to get another Wr and then maybe make the deal

I would also do it just to get Palmer and be rid of McNabb. I agree with the person who said to maybe try and get him to throw in a 2nd tier wr... if not then go ahead and do the trade and pickup a wr off the WW.
