HowieWan 0 Posted October 11, 2007 Standard scoring, 1 PPR. Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 RB/WR flex. Here's my current WR/RB roster: RB: Westy, Chris Brown, Morency (I lost Caddy and Pittman) WR: Chad Johnson, TO, Branch, Marshall, Brandon Jones Obviously, I need help at RB. Here's the trade offer I have open to me: Chad Johnson/Chris Brown for Coles/Portis I like Coles in a PPR league, but is Portis too much of an injury risk to give up CJ? If I'm willing to trade CJ, is there another RB I should target? Thanks for the help...
duke5021 0 Posted October 11, 2007 I like that trade for you. It makes your team all around better because right now your getting killed at RB. I would make that trade. see mine please:http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=295074
wazja0708 0 Posted October 11, 2007 I think this is a pretty good trade for you too. You losing nothing in Chris Brown but getting a big upgrade with Portis (assuming he can stay healthy). And Coles is pretty comparable to CJ in TD's just not as much yardage. Considering your desperate need for RB and I think you should take this and dont look back. Any help with mine?? http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=295092
FantasyKing 4 Posted October 11, 2007 If you can get Betts I think this is a good trade, you need some insurance at RB. Coles should keep you with consistent points in PPR league. I think you may be able to get a better RB for CJ, but this deal is not bad.
iforgotmypassword 0 Posted October 11, 2007 I make that trade if i'm you. coles is only a small step away from chad, and portis is in a much better spot than brown. thanks for mine.
BostonPatriots 0 Posted October 11, 2007 Thanks for mine. I agree with the rest of the poster. This trade will make your team better overall. If the Portis owner also has Betts I would try him for insurance. I do not think you loose a whole lot from CJ to Coles, and the upgrade at RB is a lot better then the downgrade at WR. You'll have TO, Coles, and Marshall until Deion comes back in a couple weeks. You're getting a major upgrade at RB so the slight downgrade at WR evens it out. With the way D's blanket Johnson, Housh is looking to be the better FF WR in Cinci anyways. I'd pull the trigger! Thanks for mine!
