SaintsInDome2006 441 Posted October 26, 2007 Is this a good trade if it goes through or not? I'm sending Chambers, getting SJax or Chatman. I'm of the opinion that SJax's and Chatman's future production is pretty questionable, but then so is Chambers'. I'm in a league that doesn't trade much dealing with an owner who is probably feeling he needs a WR, which I have. He also has to drop a player to get a kicker for this weekend to stay legal. electricrelish 0 Posted October 26, 2007 Yeah, I like this trade. Everyone is a maybe, but you can afford to take this chance. I like this deal for either RB. Please see mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...p;#entry3384956
SaintsInDome2006 441 Posted October 26, 2007 Thanks, I just dealt Chambers for Chatman. Maybe it's a win-win but all 3 of these guys are questionable in terms of what they will do, I think. I will answer the above and any other responders. Thanks.
caucasian 0 Posted October 26, 2007 Would've done SJ for Chambers in a heartbeat. Chatman is still decent. I didn't like Chambers in MIA, now I like him even worse in SD.

Thanks, yeah; he was getting a ton of targets in MIA, almost top 5 or 10 for all WR's but not that much production. In SD I wonder if he will just turn into Eric Parker. But who knows, maybe Phillips and Norv need a WR to throw to and maybe now they will. Big maybe. Meanwhile, I know Chatman will be starting, might get some production, and this week I'm starting Benson because LJ's on bye. Not felling real confident in Benson, Henry or Young as No. 2's so I figure I might as well take a chance.
jdjacks10 0 Posted October 26, 2007 If you need to win NOW go with Sjax and if you are preparing for the playoffs than go for CHATMAN. Once the Rams are 0-8/1-8,, than I just dont see them playing sjax that much. What I wouldve done is get SJAX let him produce a couple of games and than shipped him for an upgrade at whatever position you feel you need to improve. Thanks for answering mine. Bottles 0 Posted October 26, 2007 I'd do it, but I want to see what Chatman does this week before really forming an opinion on which Back to target.
