Trade Help; Will respond

This is a potential trade. The Addai owner has serious RB issues as his only rb's are Addai, LJ, D. Williams.

 

If Addai is hurt, he's looking to deal Addai.

 

So basically it will be MJD/TO for A. Johnson and a hurt Addai.

 

What do you think of the deal?

 

My team after the trade is below:

 

QB - Warner (Schaub)

RB - Gore, Chris Johnson (Addai, Hightower, McFadden)

WR - Fitz, Andre Johnson (Branch, Breaston, Walter)

Flex - 1 QB, RB, or WR. (Schaub, Addai)

 

The main reason I would do this deal is to get TO off of my hands, and it would give me the Warner/Fitz and Schaub/Johnson combo which could work out well. The Warner/Fitz combo has been nice so far.

 

Issues:

1. Has MJD finally broken out and will he consistently produce from now on?

2. Is this going to be a lingering injury for Addai and will he finally start producing like his draft value?

 

I would play Gore weekly and probably play match-ups with Addai and C. Johnson with the hopes of McFadden getting healthy and becoming productive by the end of the year.

I say stay put. I would entertain the idea if I had an idea of Addai's injury. You wont hear that info for a few days. I would be concerned about Brad Johnson throwing to TO for the next 4-6 weeks. It's a tough call, but I wouldnt feel comfortable not knowing Addai's situation. With that said, do some research on Addai and pull the trigger then. If he's out 1-2 weeks, pull the trigger...

I would wait until you hear something more on Addai's injury. If he is out short term than I'd do it as your wr's would be sick and Addai and Gore is a nice combo. Just keep in mind that Addai is really fragile so if you do get him I'd run out and get Rhodes too. mine please

I'd do it. I like Andre over TO going forward, especially with Romo out. And while MJD looks like he's getting into a groove, so is the Colts offense, so Addai still has more value even if he misses a week. From Dungy's early comments, it doesn't appear that serious.

 

I say do it. Of course, from answering mine, you know I'm looking to acquire both Andre and Addai as well. Thanks btw.

I think i would wait to here more on the Addai injury. If the injury isn't serious i think i would do it.

Agree with waiting a few days to get a better idea of what's going on with Addai.

 

MJD has a couple nice matchups coming up after his bye week but Taylor should be back in the mix too. Overall, I think it's a positive trade for you as long as Addai's injury isn't serious.

I would do it, for reasons above about Romo being out plus they just go Roy Williams from Detroit, who will take targets away. I don't know for sure, but doubt Addai will be out for any length of time...maybe 1 game. Plus I like AJs upside.

I would do it if Addai can come back within a couple weeks.. the only stud on this list is A.Johnson. T.Owens value is not as great because he is becoming a head case, and they will run the ball more (plus R.Williams can't hurt).

I would do it. From what's been said so far, Addai's injury is very minor. And even if he misses a game, he should be better than MJD (more consistent and more likely to put up a huge day). A lot of people seem down on him right now but I think he can weather the storm. Also, as others have said, AJ is looking much nicer than TO right now. I wouldn't mind having either on my team but if I had to choose, it would be AJ.
