joeunleaded 0 Posted September 9, 2009 If PT sits it out, the consensus is go Bell (per my thread). If not, then I'd go Benson vs DEN. I don't see OAK doing much against SD. Heap looks to have the better matchup against KC. Don't expect big numbers from either of them. RB is intriguing. Don't like the matchup McFadden has against SD, so I would favor Benson and Bell (assuming PT is out). Disclaimer... I've got McFadden and Bell as well (along with MJD, J. Davis and A. Bradshaw), and I'm going start McFadden Bell and MJD (don't have much of a choice given matchups in RB, WR and WR/RB flex.) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

BigMilk 40 Posted September 11, 2009 DMAC is a good start this week despite the bad matchup; he will get touches carrying and catching the ball (OAK lines him up at WR in certain packages) and maybe even in the Wildcat. Benson is probably one of the top 15 backs to play week one and should get at least one score against a miserable Denver D. I think Heap is a real sleeper this year and the matchup this week is favorable. I say you guy with Bell and Mcfadden I think he is too dynamic to sit even if he is playing the chargers. Raiders may use him in many different ways on monday night.
