I think this hurts your WR depth too much and I don't know if Romo will cover that. Fitzpatrick should continue to be at least startable, and you can see if you can get Hasselbeck or Smith or someone else off the wire as insurance. If you really want Romo, see if he'll take Greene for him instead.

I would do it, and soon.

 

Just like last year, I would expect Fitz's production to nosedive as the temps drop and the snow starts falling in Buffalo winter. I expect Romo, who (no matter how frustrating he can be) is still surrounded by a ton more weapons, to outscored Fitzgerald handily the rest of the way.

 

As to your rbs, I haven't given up on Shonn Greene yet. With Nick Mangold back at center, I'd look for the Jets to reassert their ground game, starting this coming weekend against the lowly Fins.

I would definitely make that trade especially since Miles Austin is back this week. Romo will get a boost in offense starting now.

Romo with a healthy Dez Bryant, Miles Austin, and Jason Witten will outscore Fitzpatrick every week. You wont have much depth at RB but Rice is one of the best and already past his bye week so I think you could make due with Greene and company

That is a tough call and can definitely see arguments made on either side. Fitz has looked average the last 2 weeks and Romo is getting all of his weapons back, but it really kills you at RB #2. I'd be curious to know who is on the waiver wire. Would have been nice if you could have picked up Tebow or an up and coming RB.

Don't do it....Ya Romo is solid, but you're giving up your number 2 rb and would be stuck with Greene - had one good week and is really just a bad rb and Ingram who just doesn't get enough carries. Wells is finally a workhorse, take advantage. Pick up a qb and play matchups with Fitz. Couldn't disagree more with some of the comments above.
