Keep an eye on this guy!

Now this is a quality K.C. post. Keep in mind also, that even if Fasano remains the #1 TE going into the season. Kelce can still be on the field at the same time. The 2 are totally different players. I really don't believe Moiaki will offer either of those 2 much compatition. I see him as either getting hurt, released, or traded for a late rounder for another te needy team.

    Never heard of him.
  3. Just our luck though. It's an outdoor Super Bowl. The football gods might actually really hate us just that much.
  4. For me. Anything less than the NFC Championship game will be a lost season to me. And even ending there, is only me leaving my expectations in check. We had a couple fun years in the mid 80's. And a heck of a try in the mid 2000's. But to me, this is the finast team we've ever gone into a season with. I think we're gonna be playing in february this year.
  5. The start of Training camp. It can be our first hand documentry of our championship season, from day 1.
  6. I must have been living under a rock or something to not have seen this one. A few days back, Kaepernick was walking around on a beach wearing a Miami Dolphins hat. wtf? What a douche bag
  7. I'm with everyones else so far. If you want a site, hit MFL. If its just the choice between nfl or espn. Go with espn.

    Pats release Hernandez

" Aaron Hernandez - TE - Free Agent Patriots waived TE Aaron Hernandez. The Patriots clearly have no faith that Hernandez will be exonerated following his Wednesday morning arrest. They're willing to eat a ton of money in bonuses and guaranteed base salaries, and will be facing roughly $12.5 million in dead money against the salary cap. The Pats are also left with perhaps the weakest group of pass-catchers in the entire NFL. Their statement: "A young man was murdered last week and we extend our sympathies to the family and friends who mourn his loss. Words cannot express the disappointment we feel knowing that one of our players was arrested as a result of this investigation. We realize that law enforcement investigations into this matter are ongoing. We support their efforts and respect the process. At this time, we believe this transaction is simply the right thing to do." Jun 26 - 10:24 AM " Per rotoworld

    Pats release Hernandez

"The Patriots are expected to try to avoid paying Aaron Hernandez the remainder of his guaranteed base salaries. Just before last season started, Hernandez signed a seven-year, $41.115 million contract. It included a $12.5 million signing bonus and fully guaranteed base salaries of $1.323 million in 2013 and $1.137 in 2014. Hernandez is scheduled to count $4.073 million against the cap this year and $8.637 million next season. If the Patriots can find a way to block the guaranteed money Hernandez is owed, that cap charge could be reduced. Still, money wasn't a concern when the Pats decided to release their supremely talented move tight end. Hernandez could be facing a very, very serious criminal charge. What happened to Fanball?

That was the one and only bathroom reading material I used to buy every year. Wasn't it sold, and the new owners have it bankrupt almost immediatly? I remember that their was some story to it's demise.
  13. Saw that earlier, nice work. With a good year this year, I'd assume Carroll's would be next, and givin his age. It would be his last contract, and he'd get to keep the job until he retires.
  14. Well, at least they actually call them zombies, thats a 2 thumbs up. Still hate running zombies though. I guess I'll just rent it. I was just hoping the previews were something else in the movie I guess.
  15. Did it actually call them zombies? Or did they use walkers, biters, infected, ect. Also did the dead run? I hate when zombies run. Thanks.
  16. I can't wait to see what happens next week! I'm like a junkie on pins and needles here!! We're talkin must see TV here!!!
  17. Forget the Seahawks. It's an exciting time to be a Patriots fan. First, Tom Brady spends the off season refusing to come out of the closet. (I personally thought this was the year he came clean. The guys stedfast) Then, Gronk starts DDTing people and dates strippers. Wes Welker leaves the team for the next best team in the AFC. (Next best team no longer. The best now!) The Pats then sign Tim Tebow. Bob Kraft p!sses off the Russians. Gronk has yet another surgery.(This time to remove the gerbal from his a$$). Now Hernandez offs somebody. Greatest offseason ever!!!

    The 2013 Dynasty Q & A thread

I'm late to the ball park here, but from another point of view. (Consolidated) I'd much rather have Romo and 1.10 than Ryan. Because of league rules. Yes Ryan for 2.09 was low, but I've been on this end before myself. When your making moves, and you have to get something for someone in order for the bigger picture to unfold, then you gotta do what you gotta do. I hope that pick comes through for you. I'm also gonna be on MFM's side on the cruz trade, because it's not ppr. And he's using his 1.01 over all to replace Forte. It's really new rb,Cruz,3.05 pick for Forte. So I think this is O.K. I also like the fact that he's got Nicks too. From a depth issue, it seems pretty schrewd. Crabtree would be a DNR for me. He was pompus, arrogant jerk coming out of college. He showed the nfl owed him something instead of the other way around once he was in the league. Then he only put up 1 good year for the 9ers. I don't care about systems, or coaches, or qb's. But when it comes to WR's. For that position, if you got the goods and your heads on straight, you'll produce no matter what. Now he's damaged goods. If I'm gonna take a risk hurt players, but guys I know can produce and have a better frame of mind. It'll be on kids like Ryan Broyels or Keenan Allen.

Top 75 Dynasty RBs - Doug Orth

    I'm in the same boat.
  20. I'll echo what Philly and Hawker said. Tjax, is a great move considering we ignored the backup QB position. It was the 1 thing I didn't agree with this whole offseason by the front office, but they might of just lucked out here. I have no issues with Tjax being a being a backup until someday something else better comes along. as long as he has no hard feelings about how he left. Good move. Plus we know what Wilson and Tjax bring to the table also. So we can let Quinn get the sh!t kicked out of him during the preseason, then give him his walking papers. I say every game we let Wilson go first quarter. Tjax second quarter. Then Quinn the whole second half. I could care less about a preseason record. I want a healthy team, especially my starting qb, and his backup for game 1 of the regular season.
  21. I'd be on board with Tebow. Russell or Palmer, I'd rather just stick with the garbage we have known as Quinn.

CBS Sports, ESPN & Yahoo! Your opinions.

    MFL Don't look back!
  23. Anyone have any updates on how OTA's are going? The only thing I've heard so far is that Brady Quinn hasn't looked to good. Theirs a shocker!!! What do you guys think we do with the backup position? I was sifting through all the garbage out there, and had a thought. What about Greg McElroy? We could probably get him for a 7th. You guys think this kid could be decent.

OK...take a look at these teams

For your initial question. My pick is purely based on your scoring. If it was PPr. I would have gone with team 2. Because it wasn't. I went with team 1. If I look at all 3 teams. I agree, I like this third choice the best. This just seems the safest to me.

    The 2013 Dynasty Q & A thread

O.K. I got 1 final question for everyone here. Who would you rather have? A. Keenan Allen - Chargers or B. Quintion Patton - 49ers & Chris Harper - Seahawks Draft position doesn't matter. Also, niether options A or B would even need to start for your fantasy team this year. It would be a 2014 and beyond, upside question.
