    The question is who is MAGA lining up next. The thread is about Donny Boy seeking, with MAGA's approval, a third term.     To pass an amendment to the U.S. Constitution, there are two major steps — proposal and ratification — each with specific requirements:

    Step 1: Proposal

    An amendment can be proposed in one of two ways:

    1. By Congress:

    • Requires a two-thirds (⅔) vote in both the House of Representatives and the Senate.

    • This is the only method ever used so far for all 27 amendments.

    2. By a National Constitutional Convention:

    • Called by two-thirds (⅔) of state legislatures(currently 34 out of 50 states).

    • This method has never been used in U.S. history.

    Step 2: Ratification

    Once proposed, the amendment must be ratified (approved) by the states. This can happen in one of two ways:

    1. By State Legislatures:

    • Three-fourths (¾) of state legislatures must approve (currently 38 of 50 states).

    2. By State Conventions:

    • Three-fourths (¾) of special state conventions must approve.

    • This method has been used only once — for the 21st Amendment, which repealed Prohibition.

    Yup, cutting government waste and getting our budget under control. The Democrats have been following the Cloward-Piven Srrategy since 1968. Somebody has to put the brakes on it. We are at step three. We are $37.5 trillion in debt and pay almost $1 trillion a year in interest. Do the math.

    1. Overload and Break the System
    2. Have Chaos Ensue
    3. Take Control in the Chaos
    4. Implement Socialism/Communism through Government Force

    thanks for the response. i have seen a few people, Carolla, Geraldo, say things like Jimmy was incorrect or he owes an apology and I did want to hear someones opinion with some more direct context.

    60 TV affiliates immediately, said they were dropping Kimmel and in the aftermath of public outrage Disney decided to suspend Kimmel indefinitely. The free market at work!

    you don’t seem to understand that you are in the minority in this country and the majority of your protesters are paid.

    Kimmel was canceled for the lies he told about the Kirk assassination not things he said about Trump. You can try to change the narrative but the facts remain the same, it was the blatant lies he told about the Kirk assassination.

    Crime went down every year under Giuliani, and it was at a rate greater than any other time in New York City history. 1994 - 2001 after he left the office the drop in murder rates level off.
