Thanks for the info. So a "reservist" is someone who works full-time when called up. For example, when I was in the reserves they called us up for the first Gulf War. For the next 9 months I was full time in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait and when I went back home I went back to "part-time". It was "full-time" until it wasn't, basically. So while they are considered "temporary" or "part-time", when they are called up they are actually working full-time.

Maybe I missed this. Where, exactly, do they say she is "part time"? I'm not sure a supervisor/team lead position is "part time".
