1.) He didn't lie about anything. 2.) That poor white girl on the train getting her throat slit only got to be the worst murder on US soil this year for like 48 hours I guess. I was told that was the worst thing ever and then a white concern troll got killed by another white dude with a gun and we forgot about the poor girl on the train. It's almost as if when MAGA says everything is the worst thing ever they all lose meaning after a while.

Pretty awesome Trump decided to brag about surviving an assassination attempt at the ceremony for a guy who was gunned down.

Turning Point USA announces ‘All American’ Super Bowl halftime show
Sean Mooney replied to edjr's topic in The Geek Club
This feels the opposite of what TPUSA claims to stand for. I'm sure this will be on FOX Nation or something like that. The NFL has deals in place with ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc. I'd surprised if it got picked up by any of those places as a viewing event. But I'm okay with it all if it gets the NFL to back off letting Jay-Z and his team influence the halftime show every year. -
Trump is going to be a co-winner of the Nobel Peace Prize next year
Sean Mooney replied to kilroy69's topic in The Geek Club
Nobody actually cares about this or the Nobel Peace Prize. People only care because Trump told them to care. -
What is worse. Being a professional (paid) Protester or doing it for free at FFT
Sean Mooney replied to edjr's topic in The Geek Club
Professional paid protestors are an existential crisis for America. -
Lots of talk in the Shedeur Sanders thread about "experts" and "scouts" and whatnot and how players draft stock change over time. So let's chart this over the next year with the upcoming potential QB class using the NFL DraftBuzz rankings. I'll give you the current top 10 with, potential draft spots, and their overall grade. 1.) Arch Manning, Texas, Top 5 pick, 93.5 score 2.) Cade Klubnik, Clemson, Top 10 pick, 89.6 3.) Drew Allar, Penn State, Top 10 pick, 89.0 4.) Nico Iamaleava, UCLA, Mid 1st round, 88.0 5.) Garrett Nussmeier, LSU, Mid 1st round, 87.7 6.) LaNorris Sellers, South Carolina, Mid 1st round, 86.5 7.) Sam Leavitt, Arizona State, Late 1st round, 84.6 8.) John Mateer, Oklahoma, Mid 2nd round, 83.6 9.) Miller Moss, Louisville, Late 2nd round, 83.6 10.) Carson Beck, Miami, Late 2nd, 83.3 So that lays the starting point for this exercise/project. I would say at first glance they seem to be pretty ambitious that 7 QBs could go in the 1st round as I just don't see that many teams needing QBs going into the 2026-2027 season...but we will be able to follow now how the projections and rankings change as we get a new season of college stats and development under the belts. Some people will opt to stay in college, someone outside the top 10 will pop up, and there is always the case that Manning completely sh!ts the bed as a QB.

Lots of changes in this from April as we are through a few weeks of college football: 1.) Fernando Mendoza, Indiana, Top 10 pick, 89.2 score 2.) LaNorris Sellers, South Carolina, Top 10 pick, 88.1 score 3.) John Mateer, Oklahoma, Mid 1st round, 87.3 4.) Garrett Nussmeier, LSU, Mid 1st round, 87.1 5.) Arch Manning, Texas, Mid 1st round, 87 6.) Dante Moore, Oregon, Late 1st round, 86.6 7.) Sam Leavitt, Arizona State, Late 1st round, 86.5 8.) Cade Klubnik, Clemson, Mid 2nd round pick, 86 9.) Carson Beck, Miami, Late 2nd round pick, 85.1 10.) Drew Allar, Penn State, 3rd round, 85

Disney attendance plunges to all-time low for 2025 as visitors report 'ghost towns' at parks
Sean Mooney replied to Maximum Overkill's topic in The Geek Club
Disney parks prices are expensive? News at 11! Hauck is right....this is not the own that the MAGA mooks think it is. Just to mention the confidence in the economy- in recent polls while it is still a net positive among Republicans it is declining. It went from +32% to +13%. Also, 34% of Republicans think groceries have become harder to afford under Trump. -

Who are the Keepler Elves? -
That first season was a real surprise
-
There are like 3-4 great segments....some good ones....and a lot of just there or bad ones. I'd seek out Public Television of the Dead, night of the Living Late Show, Smoething Burrowed, Something Blue, Baby Teeth, and parent Deathtrap
-
Yes the social aspect doesn't affect the people at all. Just stop Jerry. You are scuffling bad
-
Just remember it is like every other horror anthology movie- uneven at times
-
There are quite a few of them. V/H/S- a little all over the place but a solid first entry V/H/S 2- a little disjointed but has the greatest segment in the entire franchise V/H/S Viral- mostly sucks and almost killed the franchise completely. There is a fun story or two but it is really all over the place tone wise V/H/S 94- legitimately terrifying at times and saved the franchise so it has become a yearly Shudder event V/H/S 99- Two really awesome segments and very campy in tone. V/H/S 85- probably the most well made of all of them but certainly not the best V/H/S Beyond- science fiction horror stuff. It's got some fun moments in the stories but overall is kind of there. The skydiving alien attack is great

Yup. I think I like Weapons better but Barbarian is very solid as well. I'm actually extremely curious what he will do with his reboot of the Resident Evil franchise
-
Weapons is really good. Zach Cregger has a good sense of what he wants to do as a director and he employs it extremely well. The movie is creepy and atmospheric but also very funny at times.

I don't necessarily have go to's for horror movies because I watch them all year long. I do always watch Halloween and as many of the sequels as pop up on TV this month. The dumbest movie I always watch this time of year is Ghost Ship. Movie has an amazing first scene and is complete junk the rest of the way. I usually try to dig up more hidden gems or find things I may have passed over on an initial viewing.
-
The first one is really good. Scott Derrickson directed it and he is the same guy who did Sinister. I saw the first one and some of the second. Not my type of horror movies. Feels goreriffic for the sake of having gore. Late Night with the Devil is really good and really clever in what it is doing. I'm excited for V/H/S Halloween to drop on Shudder. tomorrow night

More name calling. It's sad what you are doing at this point Jerry
-
Jerry- "I never said what you say I said." Me- "Yes I would deny saying it too." Jerry- "You've got a low IQ." Me- "I used your exact words." Jerry- "You don't know how to quote things. You speak like diarrhea. You are dumb." Me- "Here are your exact words from the thread." Jerry- "You think you are smart because you used the phrase 'ipso facto'? Let me try to explain again how I didn't say what I said by adding a lot of different context that runs somewhat counter to what I said so I can claim plausibility deniability. You are an idiot. And here is a Latin phrase" I'm glad you've decided name calling is your best defense here. But sadly- your argument from that thread stands on its own. Be mad at yourself.
-
There are existential threats facing our country....they come from the confluence of Marxism and moral relativism. Biological men into women's safe spaces (trannies) is sexual marxism. The country can't survive long term on moral relativism. Ipso facto- transsexuals are an existential crisis. Again- I would definitely pretend I didn't say these things if I said something building an argument this dumb Jerry. I'm not a last word guy- i'm an own your dumb arguments guy. Own your dumb argument Jerry.
-
Again- I would try to pretend I didn't say the stupid thing if I were you. Damn- I even quoted you from the thread directly.
-
I would try to pretend I never said something that stupid if I were you too. trannies is "sexual marixism" and marxism and moral relativism are existential threats to the US
-
Did you miss the time jerry said trannies were an "existential crisis"?
-
Saw this pop up from last night-- seems appropriate for the thread:
