Not a full projection update, as the next one is scheduled next week, but if you click "Update Projections" in Draft Buddy you will get updated depth chart and ADP. It was bugging me Eric Decker wasn't on the Titans in DB. Have a good weekend!

Our first projection update is ready. It includes Maclin joining the Ravens, knocking Perriman down a bit, Cam Meredith and Gio Bernard down a bit due to injury. Andre Ellington moved from WR back to RB. We also uploaded a version 1.1 of Draft Buddy. This version includes a couple of background fixes from version 1.0 that primarily impact Office 365 users for both Windows and Mac.

Hey LT. No, we don't have any way to pull in the draft results from Draft Buddy. Once the season starts, DB isn't going to be updated or be a whole lot of use to you... it is a draft tool, and not practical to keep updated for all the transactions that leagues have starting this week. I think median player drafted is a good way to go and I don't usually adjust at all after that. K and DEF already removed from my overall rankings by default, so adjusting those is pointless. Median drafted seems to be a pretty good way to judge value across the 4 main positions on a 2QB league. Oh... I am assuming 2QB starters but the other starters are pretty typical - 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, maybe 1 Flex.

Were you able to update previously mr_c or is this the first time trying it?

Hi LunaTick. You can go to the options tab and use the baseline adjust factor options. In fact you might even want to start with the overall ranking method and change it to Median Player Drafted to remove all preset adjustments from the Buddy Recommended method to start from scratch. Either way, you can reduce RB, increase WR importance. Hit Compile to see the changes after you make them, and then you can keep adjusting and compiling until you hit an overall rankings result that is more what you are after for your league.

Same result, different computers and different monitors?

I think this is a screen refresh issue. Normally when you draft a player it copies the player to the draft report tab. We arent supposed to see it because the screen should freeze and do it in the background. Something not working quite right on your system however. Do you have a lot of other things open at the same time as Excel with Draft Buddy that might be taking up memory, causing the computer to run a little slow?

Hi Chris. Even though you can go hog wild on any one position, like all RB and WR bench, I don't think that is wise. Sure waiver wire options appear, but best to grab a backup QB, even a backup TE (if the bench is deep enough) to take a second chance at a breakout candidate and good injury replacement at those positions. All-in-all, in Buddy you want to put in what a reasonable roster structure would be... what most teams would draft, not what teams at extreme ends of the spectrum would draft. As you can see, it does impact the overall rankings to a degree. At 7 backups with your setup I would do the following bench spots: QB = 1 RB = 2.5 WR = 2.5 TE = 1 K = 0 DEF = 0 Doesn't mean you are locked in to drafting this way (not that you could draft half a RB anyway ), but I think this will properly value the positions relative to one another for your league. I do not usually change the baseline adjust factors either. Good luck Sunday!
