I drive a truck and had to pass somebody this morning. The car ahead of me was going 18 mph in a 55 zone. It was pretty snowy and windy, but 18 mph was ridiculous. I hate passing people in those conditions, but a line of traffic was forming from the lead car and I had to keep braking to keep my distance. People like that should pull over and let the others go by.
