This. The alternate headline is “All state’s residents reap benefits of Biden student loan handouts.” Of course sheep like the OP ate it right up. -

That’s the difference between me and you. I admitted I was wrong that SBF was supposedly planning to testify in front of congress (unfortunately we’ll never know if he actually would have). You never do, like in the example I just linked, you said something like “well I just said I doubted it, that doesn’t make me wrong.” Or in the North Dakota thread where you disappeared after I factually proved you wrong. Or multiple times in the Covid thread. -

The police are the ones that won’t release the names of the juveniles (and have yet to release a photo of Dominic Miller), you dumb fock. The media doesn’t have the information. As soon as the police released the mugshot of Lyndell Mays, the MSM published it. -

But the police are the ones that won’t release the names. Or are you making the same dumb claim that @Horseman was, that the MSM should be sleuthing social media and publish names and photos that may not actually be the right person? -

To be clear, you’re blaming this on the police, correct? The police won’t release the names of the juveniles because they “don’t fit the narrative”? The same juveniles they were fine with the public believing were the primary suspects when they really weren’t? -

Isn’t the bottom left the Uvalde shooter? He’s trans now? Lol at righties still claiming the Colorado Springs shooter was actually non-binary, you all know that was a lie to try to get out of hate crime charges. And I’m pretty sure the bottom right was just a pic some rando posted on the “trans day of vengeance,” they didn’t actually kill anyone. So at least 1/3 of that graphic is a lie, probably more, ya sheep. Oh and just a reminder that the church shooter was NOT a tranny, maybe not even a liberal if she was actually against pedophiles right? -

Lunatic Alabama Supreme Court: frozen embryos are children
TimHauck replied to IGotWorms's topic in The Geek Club
@Horseman, you can keep distracting by laughing at the idea that someone could be charged for murder for intentionally discarding an embryo, but do you at least acknowledge that the ruling as is adds a ton of liability to IVF providers, which means significant added costs for potential parents for an already very expensive process? And what do you think of the Alabama Supreme Court’s suggestion that only one embryo be created at a time? The fact that they actually wrote in the decision, and I quote, “human life can not be wrongfully destroyed without incurring the wrath of a holy God,” the slippery slope for potential further rulings is real. -

Geek club: any death that occurs at any point after someone takes a Covid vaccine is likely a vaccine death Also the geek club: this person that was hospitalized after getting knocked out during a fight and died shortly after didn’t die from the fight You idiots need to look up the definition of “trauma.” They said they don’t think Nex died from “trauma,” which would have been an obvious injury from the fight. But considering they didn’t die immediately, we already knew that. But some sort of brain bleed that wasn’t known is certainly possible, if not likely -

What a garbage video. “The largest study on vaccines” didn’t even look at deaths, because there were so few of them. Odd though, the GC told me the left cancelled Russell Brand and here he is just straight up lying on YouTube with no consequences. -

There’s a small chance this was caused by the vaccine, but this particular story seems a little fishy. Apparently she recorded the conversation with her doctor.

Lunatic Alabama Supreme Court: frozen embryos are children
TimHauck replied to IGotWorms's topic in The Geek Club
It’s not that they “were going to get criminally charged,” but it could open the possibility. You know, slippery slopes and all that. Hence why Trump and others have acknowledged that the legislature needs to clarify it. Even if it does not impact criminal penalties, it still adds a ton of liability for IVF clinics by adding the precedent for them to be able to be sued for wrongful death, and also specifically suggests additional regulations. Pages 43-47 of the ruling: “Justice Cook argues in his dissent that applying § 36.06 and the Wrongful Death of a Minor Act to frozen embryos will have disastrous consequences for the in vitro fertilization ("IVF") industry in Alabama. Although it is for the Legislature to decide how to address this issue, I note briefly that many other Westernized countries have adopted IVF practices or regulations that allow IVF to continue while drastically reducing the chances of embryos being killed, whether in the creation process, the implantation process, the freezing process, or by willful killing when they become inconvenient … For instance, in Australia and New Zealand, prevailing ethical standards dictate that physicians usually make only one embryo at a time … All of these measures protect the lives of the unborn and still allow couples to become parents. Therefore, although certain changes to the IVF industry's current creation and handling of embryos in Alabama will result from this decision, to the extent that Justice Cook is predicting that IVF will now end in Alabama, that prediction does not seem to be well-founded. These regulations adopted by other countries seem much more likely to comport with upholding the sanctity of life than the prevailing practice of creating and transferring at once many embryos that have little chance of survival and then throwing embryos away after a while. The American states, unfortunately, have not followed the example of other Westernized countries that have regulations that achieve both the protection of life and the promotion of parenthood. Ultimately, however, it is for the Legislature to decide how the IVF industry can help parents have children. The Legislature is free to do so in any way it decides, provided that it comports with the Alabama Constitution, including the Sanctity of Unborn Life Amendment.” Step 1. It’s not happening
