  1. Mark Meadows also denied Trump made that alleged comment. He didn’t exactly deny not paying for the funeral though, and like the lawyer the statement about that was pretty vague.

Male golfer competing for LPGA spot

I wasn’t doubting that it happened, sorry I don’t follow women’s college basketball, I was just doubting that was “why they became a dynasty.” Even in that article as you said they were emphasizing that they needed to do it that particular year because they had a bunch of players injured. Which would imply it may not necessarily be a major part of their practice routine. Even the one guy quoted says it was only “a couple days a week”

Rizzotti’s future husband is the first guy I referenced above. And you just linked the same article twice.

    Coronavirus - Doomsday

There have actually been studies showing that vax mandates did save lives. Still doesn’t mean they should have happened, part of the reason I’m not voting for her

    Democrats teach their kids intolerance

@jerryskids this is of course an anecdote but thought you’d appreciate it. Not sure why it was reposted by the Defiant L’s account though, seems like a parenting win to me.
  6. And yet, when you post fake news like you’re confirmed to have done multiple times recently, you act like it’s true because you’re a sheep.

Male golfer competing for LPGA spot

My main question was how good the guys were that they brought in. There are 3 guys mentioned in the article. One is a D1 women’s coach, so decent chance he could have been a decent player if he went somewhere other than UConn, and they say one of the others was on a HS team that made the state finals. These aren’t just “random dudes,” they’re likely pretty good players just not D1 level. And even if they could dominate the women’s team, also keep in mind UConn is a step below the WNBA.
  8. So it’s a “dead heat”?

Rich coming from the guy who on many occasions has typed out “LESSONS FOR LIFE LOSERS”
  11. Well that was the only comment I was disputing. Neither the family nor the lawyer have specifically answered whether Trump/the White House paid. And the lawyer is quoted as saying he did not. Maybe that’s a lie, if so I’d think we’d see a lawsuit from her. The gofundme from the gullible righties would be enormous.
  12. Wait Trump actually uses the term “Trump Derangement Syndrome”? He really does keep up with social media huh

Can you share articles/interviews about the UConn women practicing with men? I don’t doubt they did it and that it helped, but saying they “became a dynasty because of it” seems like a stretch. I’d also be curious what kind of players these guys were. Someone that goes to UConn but isn’t on the men’s team could still be about D2 level, so I don’t think our opinions are necessarily that far off. And even junior college isn’t necessarily far off from D2.

No, this is not conceivable. No one is going to fake being a woman so they can make $75k a year in the WNBA. I’m just saying the chances are extremely slim there will be someone who really thinks they’re a woman, and is good enough (even as a male) to compete in the WNBA (or NCAA D1). But yes, I would agree that WNBA players probably wouldn’t stand for it (and I of course agree that biological males should not participate in women’s sports). But as @MDC alluded to, glad we can all agree that Britney Griner is a woman (not saying you ever said otherwise).
  15. I don’t think what he’s doing is illegal. But I know righties would be whining about it if he was supporting Dems

That was a fast goalpost move from “there absolutely was truth to it” to “don’t you think it happened?” Haitians have been in Miami for decades, have there been any cat eating stories there?
  18. I don’t think they need to “hammer down” on him. But it’s OK to point out specific things that could have been done differently.

There was no truth to Haitian migrants in the US eating cats
  20. Seems like Ms Khawam and the Guillen family have an opportunity to sue the Atlantic into oblivion if what they’re saying is true.

Get ready for the October Surprise

Wait aren’t you the guy that believed an anonymous Reddit post saying Kamala had a 78 IQ?
  22. Like I said in my earlier reply to you, I’m more concerned about facts than news articles. There are 2 main claims made in this article. The first is that Trump called Guillen a “f’ing Mexican,” which is disputed. But it’s worth noting that this alleged statement was obviously not made when the family was present so they would have no way of knowing if he actually said it. Lots of people are nice to people’s faces and talk crap when they’re not around, we don’t know if that’s what happened here. The second is that he renegged on paying for it, which I have not seen disputed. So there are 2 questions that I don’t believe we know the answers to: 1) Did the family send a bill to the White House with an expectation that Trump/the WH would pay it? 2) If yes, did Trump/the WH actually pay for it? Based on the statement attributed to Khawam, the answer to #1 is yes and the answer to #2 is no. And despite claiming Goldberg “lied in the article,” she did not say what the lie(s) was. As a lawyer I’m sure she chose her words carefully.
  23. Well they definitely didn’t give her the questions ahead of time, that’s for sure
