Alimony Tony 0 Posted September 19, 2005 Another hurricane coming in from Florida. I still haven't been able to get back to Louisiana from Katrina. We must have a magnet on us. Burt 43 Posted September 20, 2005 AT, you need to move farther inland, dude! The latest forecast has Rita heading due west, but seldom do they ever take a bee-line like its forecasted to do. I'm worried it'll take a slight bend northward once it gets in the Gulf and head for the bayous again. Even if it doesnt hit Nawlins, if it hits west of Nawlins it could still be not too good for them because the stronger winds and storm surge are on the eastern side of the storm.
