My opponent this week had shaun alexander and i think it was on the best damn sports show that Alexander said he would do a baseball swing and let go of the football to immitate a homerun swing when he reached the end zone. Luckily i didn't get to see it but i wonder if he'll save it for next weekend. I guess he was going to do it for the world series.

10 TDs in 3 weeks; 2 TDs (and only 77 ypg) in the other 3 weeks. That sounds pretty damn inconsistent to me. Productive, but inconsistent.

I guess we need to know what the definition of "consistent" is in terms of fantasy football.

 

Does it mean a player who gets a fairly standard amount of points per week or does it mean a guy who will be a large contributor to a win fairly regularly?

 

SA has put these points up in my leage so far (standard scoring):

 

7 / 21 / 38 / 15 / 24 / 38 / 6

 

By my estimation, SA has fairly consistently given me a shot at victory (5 out of 7 weeks or 72% of the time to be exact) and I foresee this percentage getting higher with his remaining schedule.

 

Now, factor in the 4 weeks when he dominated and practically won the weeks himself and I think, overall, anyone with SA should be happy.
