Portis26 0 Posted March 12, 2006 Larry JohnsonFixed Will the new offensive coordinator run the same system as Al Saunders? Are you willing to put all the marbles in one basket with HOPES that is indeed the case... maybe in a new dynasty league, but NOT in a redraft -- I'd go with Alex as the #1 guy

Mrsteak21 0 Posted March 12, 2006 if you project larry johnson's numbers over a sixteen game season as the starter he would have broke both the TD record that alexander just set and the rushing yard record. larry is the man as long as that o-line stays together. Wildman 0 Posted March 12, 2006 Based on RBs being the greatest value in a 12-man league with a 1 QB 2 RB 2 WR 1 TE lineup weighted towards RBs and a league filled with veteran owners that don't draft QBs in rounds 1-2 unless they are top tier..and off the top of my head without consulting any players (I'm sure there will be something glaring that I miss) 1. Alexander--consistency wins out here. 2. Barber--Who else do they have that's nearly as good? 3. Larry Johnson--The guy is near his athletic prime with a good offense in front of him. 4. Tomlinson 5. Edgerrin James if signs w/Denver or remains a Colt...Portis otherwise 6. Portis if James is in Denver or Indy...Lamont Jordan otherwise 7. Lamont--Art Shell, Irv Eatman, and Jackie Slater...I bet he wishes they were the line and not the coaches. 8. Steven Jackson--I like Linehan and believe the offense will be more balanced. 9. Peyton Manning--Without James, he'll have to throw it a lot more...I wonder if he thinks about his career shaping up to be like Marino's... 10. Cadillac Williams--Knows what to expect after his rookie year, I think he'll take it up a notch. He'll be drafted lower than this, but I think he'll put up these numbers. 11. Brian Westbrook--If he stayed healthy, we might have been top 5. I think this is where he'll go at best, although his value could turn out to be higher. Moats showed enough to cut into his time, IMO. 12. Steve Smith--someone is going to take him high. One great year, but the team looks the same so...maybe it's a good idea. Not sure I'd do it. 13. Rudi Johnson--no nonsense pick to start round 2 14. Carson Palmer--if healthy, if still unsure by August...drop him past round 3, at least. 15. Droughns--like that line in Cleveland 16. Thomas Jones/Benson (if undisputed starter) 17. Torry Holt 18. Chad Johnson 19. Undisputed Denver starter (if there is one) not named James/James if he's a Cardinal or Jaguar 20. Ronnie Brown 21. Randy Moss--rebound? I think so... 22. T.O.--He'll be back 23. McNabb--the last time they'll probably be next to each other 24. Ricky Williams (if he winds up elsewhere...my longshot is still Indy)/Reggie Bush... 25. Larry Fitzgerald

Larry Johnson #1 I had sex with a "new" girl last night - if you project that over the next year - Id have 365 new women next year... so with your "projection" theory it may work, but reality saysd NOT bad comparison , I know
