Otherwise it'll be a crapload of emails like this, "Dear Mike(s), whine whine whine whine whine, took my $100, whine whine whine, collusion, whine whine whine, your forums, whine whine whine." I can see that. The disclaimer is a good idea. I just don't want to see a bunch of posts about "looking for a league" popping up on this board as the season approaches.
