Dog Face Gremlins211 0 Posted April 21, 2006 RVING - Cowboys coach Bill Parcells and Terrell Owens have an understanding regarding the receiver's participation in the team's off-season conditioning program, owner Jerry Jones said Thursday. Owens has not been a regular at the "voluntary" workouts, a program that encourages players to work out four times a week and get in 40 off-season workouts. "Bill and T.O. have worked that out. Both of them are on the same page as to how he does his workouts and the nature of his workouts. They're on the same page. I know firsthand that they're on the same page and it's not an issue with either one of them," Jones said. Owens' initial absences were understood because of a prior commitment, but in the past Owens has preferred to work with his own trainer. The team was never concerned about Owens' conditioning. However, Parcells prefers attendance for the workouts for team chemistry. But Jones said Parcells has talked to Owens about what the receiver is doing and what Parcells expects. http://www.dfw.com/mld/dfw/sports/football/14395772.htm

kozmiq 70 Posted April 22, 2006 T.O. refuses to work out voluntarily with the team. What the heck else is Bill and Jerry going to say? We're all on the same page means T.O. told them he wasn't coming in. It's funny already. This is going to be great.
