actually, after suffering his 11th concussion and being released by the cowboys, aikman still considered playing.

you and i know nothing about any of this. but at least i admit it. but you? you insist you know so much more than the army of doctors that evaluated sims. and it was more than just the lion doctors. if sims has the red flags that you claim he has, he wouldn't have been drafted at all (maybe late second day). yet, he had a long line of suitors leading up to the draft. had detroit not drafted him, he would have been most likely gone in the next 2-4 picks. if he fell to the vikes, you can bet you azz they would have taken him over greenway.

 

had the bears been able to get him somehow, lovie would still be creaming himself this morning.

read, even just the titles of some of those other articles in that link

 

i would assume like you say that the doctors examined him but the more concussions you get, the easier they happen

all i was saying is that he could be a great player for 3 games and then take a hit and get concust

every time he gets a shot to the head is going to be a more dangerous than to other players, it isnt so bad being a LB as opposed to a RB, WR, or QB but still seems like a risk

Keep in mind, Detroit 1st rounders aren't really expected to play much...

i was a bit surprised that they didnt get one of the better WRs like Jackson if they really planned on shipping off Walker. now as it stands they have a disgruntled Driver, Boerigter who cant play a full season, and Ferguson who is only a #2 at best

if Driver keeps himself off the field it could be horrible with these guys and Franks is more of a red-zone guy than anything

 

 

You do not pay attention much. Driver is not disgruntled. He laughed at ESPNs report...rumors are it was Walker's crew putting that out there.
