csj0952 0 Posted May 18, 2006 Can someone give me a good place to start on the top 10 offensive lines in the league post draft. Thanks.
Chronic Husker 85 Posted May 18, 2006 Broncos Chiefs Bengals Steelers are the best, then Seahawks Pats are next, IMO. Colts O-line is pretty successful due to all the talent around them. SD and Balt have great O-lines for running the ball but not so much as far as pass blocking goes. When every guy on your line is 330, they can plow but don't seem to move their feet so well. Just my 2 cents.

darwin 0 Posted May 18, 2006 It would be nice to have a way to quantify O-line skill, as I believe that's where fantasy stats are made. Unfortunately it's not real feasable. All we can do is look at past success, losses and acquisitions, and other factors and make a guestimate of who's line is better or worse. How about a list of the total weight of the projected O-lines? This might be useful for RB projections, but not for pass protection. How do you judge coaching for lines? IE: I though SD's line was in trouble last year and was dead wrong! It seemed the SD line coaching was fantastic.
jocstrap 8 Posted May 18, 2006 The magazines should be coming out soon! They usually have a pretty good blurb on O-lines as far as depth. Something to read anyway while on the shitter.

mgs316 14 Posted May 18, 2006 Don't forget the new and improved Vikes line, or the left side at least: McKinney, Hutchinson, Birk.
