Unless your league has some crazy scoring where QBs are REALLY valuable, I'd keep TO & Cadillac.

Unless your scoring favors QBs by a wide margin (bonus after 100 yards passing or something this unusual) T.O. and Cadillac are pretty easy choices. You should be able to get Brady or McNabb when you draft.
