um, no. hes not even near the level of palmer. plus, the bike accident doesnt lift his stock.

yes hes worth the risk id grab him round 5 no doubt and thats where he goes usually. If i draft palmer than I have to make sure i grab a decent consistent qb later who stays healthy just incase.
