You've got the Pope who is the Catholic head honcho with his band of merry missile hats that decide on what Catholics should think and do.

 

You've got the Israeli Prime Minister (I guess?) for Jews.

 

Is there a main Islamic guy? And as asked here numerous times, why isn't he (or they) making it clear that if you slaughter people you are NOT following Muslim law and you are NOT going to get 'mega virgin booty' when you die?

 

I'm sick of there being -Muslims-, and then -"Muslim Extremists"-. Someone needs to cast these guys off of the Muslim name, because honestly it's getting harder and harder to maintain religious tolerance towards peaceful Muslims when they have people within their order on killing sprees with no backlash from the heads of their own religion.

 

Someone needs to step up in the Muslim world and cut them loose. Make a distinction at least. I think if Fundamental Christians started blowing up Jewish temples the Pope would do something about it (at least I hope so).

There is none. That's why the Muslim world is the way it is today. Regiojnal leaders all set policy and vie for power. If there was a Muslim Pope, the Muslims might actually have a common direction. Instead, they all just kill each other unless infadels present additional common targets.
