Greek Pizza recipe?

Recommended Posts

I had one and now I can't find it. This is from memory -

1 1/2 cup flour

1 egg

1 cup of water

Kneed mixture to barely lumpy. Spread on pizza stone or in cookie tray. Coat with 1 1/2 tbs of olive oil. Beat 2 eggs and dizzle over dough. Mince 3 cloves of garlic. Sprinke garlic and tbs of basil. sprinkle 1 cup of feta cheese. bake for 20 minutes.

Does that sound right?

Is a 'Greek Pizza' more similar to a 'Texas Chili Bowl' or a 'Polish Bike Ride'?
