RB help

I have F. gore, F. Taylor and M. Barber as my backup Rbs. C Brown (Ten) and M. Bell (Den) are still in free agent. we start two RBs. I have LJ and Westbrook in ppr league. should I drop F. taylor to pick up one of them? leave a link and I will reply yours.

I would drop Freddy and pick up Gore (but he plays for SF, not Wash)...Godd luck!

I def agree to drop Fred to get Gore.

But if there is any way to drop another position player to get Gore, do that instead.

Hopefully, you will run into a GOOD problem later when both Barber and Gore are starting every game.

I guess I would drop Barber for Bell. Barring injury on either team, Bell will get more carries every week.

I actually like your depth at RB. I wouldn't drop Freddie to get Gore. I'd drop Porter to get a better 3rd WR, to be honest.

You all are saying get Gore.....He has Gore! I would drop Barber and pick up Bell if you want to make a move but Denver looks like it might Bell/Bell. I like Brown but Ten sucks and I do not see him being much of an impact. Keep Gore and Fred for sure, looks like you are pretty strong at RB anyway.

I already got gore. there isn't any WR worth picking up after droping porter. I know I suck at WR. but I am hopping for Horn to do good after having new QB and DD will do better since he is #1 in team. If not I will try to trade Fredy and porter or fredy and A. Bryant to get better receiver. Thanks for reply guys.

Gee...all this picking up Gore stuff makes me think you should not drop him in the first place. Fred Taylor is the only unchallenged number one RB of the three you mentioned. He no longer has Greg Jones to contend with and Toefield and Jones-Drew pose no real threat. Only his injury history is a concern. Mike Bell is part of a 3 headed monster which you will be banging your head over every week, while Chris Brown is as Fragile as Freddie and has three times the competition.

 

I know my math is off, but 1>3. Keep Taylor.

Why is everyone telling you to get Gore? Isn't he allready one of you back-ups? Stay where your at for now.

I'd say keep Freddy. You could consider Bell. There is a lot of upside there, but Freddy is the man until he gets hurt.

I say drop Porter and pick up Bell, hope he has a good/great game then trade him for some WR help.

If I were you I would stay put for now. Gore and Taylor are one of a select few in the league this year that don't have vultures just waiting to steal carries and TDs. This is going to be hard to find this year, except for the so called studs. Brown has White breathing down his neck and M. Bell may be the starter at some point in the season, but will always have the other Bell and even Cobbs right there waiting, and with Shanny running the sow you will always be questioning who the starter will be.

 

I would leave you RBs the same, but If you are going to pick up one of those RBs I would drop one of your WRs and I would pick Bell over Brown, just because Bell does have potential to be the starting back at least a few games this season. I just don't have too much faith in the Titans or with Brown as the RB
