Bones40 0 Posted September 8, 2006 Took your advice from last night and traded T. Jones and Moose for Edge and D. Jackson. But now I could use some help with my starting lineup. Thanks a lot. My Question
theplaymaker 0 Posted September 8, 2006 http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=230190 Can you check this link out? Thanks! Who should i start at my flex position? My Current Line-up: Bledsoe Edge Westy Chambers M.Jones Watson Sea Bass Chargers Flex Options:1 Duckett vs. Minny Addai vs. NYG M.Anderson vs. TB R.Brown vs. Hous Williamson vs. Wash Any suggestions? Leave a link! Duckett and Addai are unreliable at this point and the word on Anderson is that he is danger of being demoted behind Musa Smith as the primary backup. R Brown and Williamson are better options with Brown getting the edge because of the softer D he will be facing.
Ray_T 753 Posted September 8, 2006 what do you think about Gonzalez? Last year he was blocking a lot more than normal due to an injury to Roaf on the KC line. Now that Roaf is retired, do you expect a dropoff in production? I picked him up in round 5 of our draft. (we keep 3, so its the equivalent of round 8) I think I did okay, but I just thought I'd see what you think about his prospects for this year.
Joey82 0 Posted September 8, 2006 Who would you start as your number 2 QB, the Smith-less Delhomme vs Atlanta...or the Portis-less Brunell vs. the Vikings?
Bu7ch 0 Posted September 8, 2006 I need help with my 2nd RB. It's standard scoring, 1qb, 2rb, 2wr, 1 te, 1k , def. My current RB's are: Ronnie Brown (played already) Fred Taylor vs. Dallas Chester Taylor vs. Wash Mike Bell vs STL Deangelo M. Barber III Obviously the last two aren't playing. I did have J.Jones but got a great deal and couldn't pass it up. This week I'm up in the air as to who to start as my #2 RB. Any advice? Thanks!
theplaymaker 0 Posted September 8, 2006 Took your advice from last night and traded T. Jones and Moose for Edge and D. Jackson. But now I could use some help with my starting lineup. Thanks a lot. My Question 10 team league with standard yahoo rules except receptions are worth a point. 1 RB, 1 WR, 3 Flex, 3 defensive players. My lineup: QB - Hasselbeck RB - Alexander WR - Fitzgerald TE - Cooley W/R - Edge W/R - ?? W/R - ?? K - Gould - I'm a Bears fan smile.gif D - Donnie Edwards DB - Nate Clements DL - Lance Briggs Options for the two flex positions: Listed in order of what I'm leaning towards. C. Taylor K. Jones D. Jackson C. Brown J. Walker T. Glenn A. Bryant I'd say Taylor and Jones are the obvious choices with Taylor getting an edge since he is the better pass catcher and you get points for rec. Jackson would be an option as the second flex but not this week because he will be limited as he is not 100% yet. I might throw in Walker, I like his outlook this year and I think he will be money, but that's just me. The safer option is K Jones.
Emteesee 4 Posted September 8, 2006 Just got offered a trade: Peyton Manning Cadillac Williams Frank Gore for (My Team) Larry Johnson Donovan McNabb Besides Larry, my other RB's are pretty weak (best is Kevin Jones). What do you think - thanks for the help
Bills04 56 Posted September 8, 2006 Hi. I've got a WR dilemma. I went RB / RB / RB in the first 3 rounds. So .. my "stud" WR is GB D. Driver. In my league, you start 2 WRs. I made up for "studs" with depth. I ALSO have: N. Burleson (starter), R. Brown (considering...), C. Bradford, R. Caldwell, M. Booker (too late), and T. Taylor. I'm SERIOUSLY thinking of changing my line-up, and going with Reggie Brown of PHI (vs. HOU!) instead of D. Driver (vs. CHI...). Thoughts??? Thanks in advance! bobpate17 0 Posted September 8, 2006 My team is in my signature. other guys team is. (1) Mcnabb, Roethlisberger (2)T. Jones, K. Jones, D. Rhodes (3) C. Johnson, T. Holt, K. Curtis, Ma. Jones, Ji Smith (1) T. Heap, M. Lewis (1)N. Kaeding Kicker (1) New York D, Minnesota D. What can I offer him to get either CJ or T. Holt from him. some combination that wouldn't hurt me too much but still be acceptable to him.
Pokey55 0 Posted September 8, 2006 Mason, Edwards, DJax, or Bennett. Pick two. I'm leaning towards DJax and Bennett, but I'm not feeling too confident.
mike06 0 Posted September 8, 2006 i think i might have asked you this earlier in the week but im still in a pickle for my 2nd RB (1 pt for 10yds, 6pts td, no pts per recept) Mike Bell vs STL Chris Brown vs NYJ Chester Taylor vs WAS any reason why one stands out over the others, they all seem to have big upsides and big downsides
