Then under 10:00. You see the fire...you see what they are showing as molten metal seen out of the building. I would like to know if he was actually in the PEOC with ###### Cheney prior to 9:30 A.M. Eastern on September 11th, 2001. With a new investigation we could find out what key players, such as Clark heard and saw in that bunker that day, if in fact he was down there. However, I think the official story should have the burden of proof in their hands and not vice versa since their story is what the people of the United States are supposed to believe in. Was it "only" gross negligence? Maybe. But I( and probably many victims families' members) would like to know why Cheney admitted on Meet The Press Sep 16th 2001 that he was in the underground bunker when flight 77 crashed which corroborates with Normen Mineta's testimony to the 9/11 commission. Minetta testified that he(Minetta) entered the Peoc at 9:20 and saw ###### Cheney there. Then Minetta said he heard ###### Cheney say about 5 to 6 minutes later , "Of course the orders still stand." So, if there were orders, what were those orders? If it was a shootdown order by Cheney, then the defense system failed to carry out the orders. Also, if it was a shootdown order, the president has to at minimum agree to it. If it was a standdown order by Cheney, then Cheney allowed innocent people on the ground to get killed.
