ramblin'wreck 0 Posted October 26, 2006 Definitely do it .. Gabriel won't be consistent in production .. getting TO is huge. Dillon may be a downgrade from Brown, but not by much. Here's mine.. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=247848
vinniedasquid 0 Posted October 26, 2006 Sounds to me like he's trying to sell high. Dillon just had 2td's but that isn't going to happen again. Maroney gets the bulk of the touches in NE and will continue to. You're gonna get a lot of 40 yard games out of him. Ronnie's good for 100+ total yards every week and the occasional TD, and the offense is working better under Harrington. Gabriel had a stinker against Miami a couple games ago but is establishing himself as the #1 in NE and except for the one game has been putting up solid numbers. TO is obviously a better receiver but he's got a new QB/awwwwwful offensive line. I don't see TO being enough of an upgrade to make up for the loss of Ronnie Brown, which will really hurt your RB depth. I like your lineup better as is. Or to break it down differently: Ronnie Brown>TO (guys you'd be starting every week) Gabriel>Dillon (guys who you spot start) Just one man's opinion. Ahman Green makes the deal more attractive, except for his recent injury history. I say hang tight. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=247588

MaddogMoney 0 Posted October 27, 2006 I say stay with what you have. A good running back is more reliable than a good receiver. TO may have more big game potential, but I bet that Ronnie is a good foundation every week. If you could change from Dillon to Green, it would make it a tougher deal to pass up...if Ahman can stay healthy. Got any suggestions for me? http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=248210
ghouston 0 Posted October 27, 2006 I would stand pat. TO is just too much trouble to take a chance on. Jerry Jones should be slapped for giving that scumbag another shot. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=248227
