well, seeing she just passed the 2 year mark of being sober, and that was AFTER she bought the stuff... I'd say it's a pretty good asumption.

Just b/c she bought it doesn't mean it would be consumed on the same day. You know the saying about assuming something. Hey, maybe she bought in anticipation of celebrating her 2 yr b-day. Ahhh, irony.
